All parties benefiting from Coalition efforts should have a financial commitment to the Coalition, particularly given the dynamic nature of the employee mobility industry necessitates continual efforts to educate new employees, employers, licensees, counselors, consumers, legislators, regulators, and a range of other stakeholders.

You can support the Coalition’s work by:

• Making an annual financial contribution. In addition to helping the Coalition achieve its goals, organizations contributing $1,000 or more annually are entitled to a number of complimentary subscriptions to the Coalition’s in-depth, keyword searchable Tax and Legal MasterSource, depending on contribution level.
• Becoming an annual subscriber to the Coalition’s Tax and Legal MasterSource
• Joining the Grassroots Network (and earning two Worldwide ERC ® service points)
• Making a commitment to best industry practice by reading the "Policy Statement on the Collection of Real Estate Referral Fees" and signing the Pledge Form

• Since 1999, the Coalition has worked together with our constituents in numerous states to communicate the benefits of non-legislative solutions to industry challenges. Without our ability to work with and through these supporters at the local level, the collection of referral fees, as well as employee benefit programs, would have been legislated in a manner that could have had significant impact on relocation or affinity programs and budgets.
• Effective education and communications efforts demand sufficient resources. Though the Coalition is under the umbrella of Worldwide ERC ®, it is totally self-funded. We rely on membership contributions to accomplish our goals.

While our education and communications efforts have been very successful in providing common-sense alternatives to legislation, the likelihood of further legislative efforts remains strong.
